Get up and running in 5 steps. No training, no complex setup required.

Create your account

Go to the sign-up page and enter your email. You will receive an OTP code to verify your address. No credit card required.

The account is free forever. You can invite your team and start collaborating right away.

Configure your company

In "Settings", add your company name, logo, address and contact details. This information will automatically appear on all your PDF documents.

Add your products

In the "Products" section, click "New product". Enter a name, description, unit price and an image if you wish. Enable public visibility to display it in your online catalogue.

You can import multiple products at once via a CSV file from the import menu.

Create your first proforma

In "Proformas", click "New". Select or create a client, add your products as line items, set quantities and apply any discounts or taxes. Save and download the PDF in one click.

Use a custom PDF template in "Settings > Templates" to reflect your brand identity.

Share, track and collect

Share your proforma via a signature link. Your client can accept or comment online. Enable automatic reminders for unpaid deadlines, and record received payments (partial or full) directly in the app.
