By creating an account or using our services, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Lea is an online platform enabling businesses and professionals to:
- Create, manage and send proformas, quotes, and invoices
- Manage a product catalogue and client list
- Obtain electronic signatures from their clients
- Generate professional PDF documents
- Track payments and commercial activity
- Collaborate as a team with roles and permissions
3. Account Creation
Using Lea requires creating an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Immediately report any unauthorized access to your account
- Use only one account per organization
You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Lea offers different subscription plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Lea to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lea to:
- Create fraudulent or misleading documents
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Disrupt or compromise the security of the platform
- Violate applicable laws and regulations
6. Intellectual Property
The Lea platform, its source code, design, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of Lea and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data you create or import on the platform (clients, products, documents, etc.). You grant us only the rights necessary to provide the service.
7. Data Protection
The collection and processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lea strives to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. In no event shall Lea be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
Our total liability is limited to the amount of subscriptions paid during the 12 months preceding the incident.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
Lea reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or refund.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email and/or via the platform. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
